A. E. Davies, P/O, 222 Sqd.Informtion on Pilot Officer Alfred Eriic Davies Who was shot down and killed on the 30th October 1940 whilst flying with 222 Squadron.
Davies was from Tanworth-in-Arden Warks. the son of Alfred and Norah Davies. He is buried in Tanworth at St. Mary Magdalen Church and I care for his grave and would like to hear from anyone who served with him or can supply more info on his background. A photograph would be most welcome putting a face to the name.
